Vikander is a Senior Inquisitor for the Sagus Protectorate, and is most notably Whisper's mother, and a master Siphoner. She has not spoken to her daughter in over two years for reasons that are currently unknown.

Lord Tygan LeCroix is an incredibly influential museum curator who has numerous contacts throughout Greater Garravia. He has several exploration teams that he employs to help him acquire rare Numenera and Artifacts.

Kate is a school teacher and widow of her late husband, Eric Shaw. She is well known for her knowledge and study of the Numenera, and is said to be an authority on the subject. Her specialty is old ruins housing the devices.

The mysterious woman known only as Rune is one of the principle leaders of an infamous group of assassins known throughout Garravia as the White Orchid. She is said to have magical blood that can twist minds.

Maya is a well known if reclusive fortune teller from The Twisted Twins. There is a rumor that the reason she is so accurate with her readings is because she is not of this time nor this place. She can be quite hard to locate.

Tyber Chen is a rather talented mechanic who has garnered a reputation of being a sensational con-artist and swindler. He travels throughout Garravia, never staying in one place for too long, lest he be marked.

The man known as The Chamberlain of Truth is a noteworthy figure in Sagus Cliffs both for his wealth and his association with the Church of the Faceless God. It is said he has dealings with many different agents of influence.

Joppa is a scout and trapper for his villages of Sella Ban and Par Sil, and is familiar with the area around the southwestern part of the Twisted Twins, especially the desert regions. The characters met him in Episode 01.

The characters met Ziza in the town of Sella Ban upon their arrival with Joppa. She is a 10 year old girl who commands a level of respect from the townspeople that may border on a form of worship. She seems friendly and kind, but is also very mysterious, and intriguing.
